Twenty21 is located in Center City Philadelphia, on Market Street, between 20th Street and 21st Street in the Commerce Square building courtyard. We offer free four hour parking after 5:00 p.m. and will validate your ticket at the front desk. The entrance to the garage is located on 21st Street between Arch Street and Market Street on the left hand side.
From I-95/Benjamin Franklin Bridge (Heading West)
Take 676 west (which is the Vine Street Expressway). Exit 676 at the Art Museum Area Exit (also known as 22nd Street). At the top of the ramp make a right. At the first light (which is Ben Franklin Parkway) make a right. Go to the first light (which is 21st Street) and make a right. Go straight on 21st Street, across Arch Street and our parking garage is located on 21st Street between Arch and Market Streets. The entrance is on the left hand side, immediately before you approach Market Street. Bring your parking ticket with you so we may validate it for four hours of free parking after 5:00 p.m.
From the Schuylkill Expressway (Heading East)
Take Exit 676 east. Exit from the left hand lane. Take the 1st exit on the right which is 23rd Street. Be careful, the exit comes up very quickly. As you travel on the exit ramp – stay to the right and take the exit ramp past the first light and the 2nd light make a right onto 21st Street. Go straight on 21st Street, across Arch Street and our parking garage is located on 21st Street. The entrance is on the left hand side, immediately before you approach Market Street. Bring your parking ticket with you so we may validate it for four hours of free parking after 5:00 p.m.
